Målsetting:
At deltagerne skal få kunnskap og forståelse for teknisk overvåking av IT infrastruktur og kunne konfigurere og tilpasse Whats Up Gold for å kunne oppdage, kartlegge, overvåke, alarmere og rapportere kompleks infrastruktur.
Målgruppe:
Personer med ansvar for drift og overvåking av IT infrastruktur.
Forkunnskaper:
Ingen forkunnskaper er nødvendig med det er en fordel å kjenne til begreper og prinsipper relatert til overvåking av teknisk infrastruktur.
Varighet: 2 dager, oppstart kl. 09:00 begge kursdager.
