NSS Labs har publisert resultatet av 2017 "Breach Prevention systems Test report and Security Value Map™". I Testen blokkerte Palo Alto Networks enhetene 100 % av malware og exploits. NSS Labs ga løsningene i testen en "Security Effectiveness score" på 98,5 %. Enhetene som ble testet var PA-5220 next-generation firewall, TRAPS advanced endpoint protection, WildFire and Threat Prevention security services.
100% OF MALWARE AND EXPLOITS BLOCKED WITH ZERO FALSE POSITIVES
NSS Labs® has published the results of its 2017 Breach Prevention Systems Test report and Security Value Map™. This test focuses on evaluating vendors’ ability to prevent advanced malware, zero-day threats and targeted attacks. It’s designed to compare security effectiveness, performance, stability, reliability and total cost of ownership among a variety of security providers.
In the BPS test, featuring our PA-5220 next-generation firewall, Traps™ advanced endpoint protection, and WildFire® and Threat Prevention security services, Palo Alto Networks® products prevented a broad array of attacks across the network and endpoints, earning a Recommended rating. More specifically:
- Our configuration blocked 100 percent of malware and exploits.
- NSS Labs gave us a Security Effectiveness score of 98.5 percent.
- We accomplished this with zero false positives throughout the testing.
